(WCYB News) — An informational meeting about a controversial private landfill was held Monday night in Lebanon.Russell County residents are hoping and praying a landfill does not end up in Cleveland, Virginia. “When you introduce a toxic situation into a small town,” said Cleveland resident Josh Burgess. “There’s really nowhere to run.” “In no good life is a landfill a good idea,” said concerned resident Amy Branson.
