Human Resources

The Human Resources Department is responsible for the maintenance of the pay and classification plan; the development of personnel policies and procedures, employee relations, and the administration of employee benefits such as hospitalization, retirement, life insurance, and unemployment. The department is also responsible for the County’s training program, the drug and alcohol testing program, and assisting with matters concerning employee safety. One of our primary responsibilities is employment and recruitment.
