Budget & Finance

Department of Budget and Finance, under the direction of the County Administrator, is responsible for the success of the County’s overall accounting system.
Duties include general accounting, payroll, personnel, accounts payable, purchasing, financial reporting and utility billing. Finance coordinates the development and administration of the Annual Operating Budget and prepares the County's comprehensive annual financial report.
