Scott County Horizons is a Leadership Development program for those that want to learn more about Scott Co.   Classes begin February 18th through May 5th.   Topics include leadership qualities, leadership skills, community trusteeship, government, regionalism, economic development, tourism, agriculture, education, a county historical bus tour, and a utility and healthcare tour.  Tuition is $125 per person.  For more information and/or an application please call (276) 386-6665 or Email the Chamber
