The Regular monthly meeting of the Industrial Development Authority of

lighting and ceiling.

The Executive Director presented a place to consolidate the loans related to

the Polycap Project. The loans will be consolidated into a bond with FB&T to give

Polycap a lower monthly obligation with an interest rate of 5.05%. The bank has

not completed all their paperwork so no action can be taken tonight.

Polycap has reported to have a verbal conformation of an equity investor.
