approving the minutes of the October 12, 2022,  and November 3, 2022 meetings,
with the following amendments.

Correct the Chad Newberry Construction bid amount on the Acme Project.

approving the contract on the Bush Building and authorizing the Executive
Director to sign the agreement.

Chad Newberry Construction, Inc. will return the industrial park land grant

accepting the property located on Gray Farm Road from Chad Newberry
Construction, Inc. and releasing all obligations described in the agreement dated
February 2022. The Executive Director is authorized to complete all documents
relating to this matter. The Executive Director, Chairman, and Secretary are
authorized to sign all documents pertaining to this motion.

Virginia authorizing the Executive Director to complete all loan documents
relating to the USDA loan for J&J Trash Services. The Executive Director,
Chairman, and Secretary are authorized to sign all document pertaining to this
loan.
