grants to VCEDA.
Upon motion made by Richard Lockridge, second by Tony Dodi, and duly
approved by the Industrial Development Authority of Russell County, authorizing
the chairman to prepare a letter of support for The Fitness Authority, Lost Creek
Off Road, and Trendy Belle Salon, seed capital applications to VCEDA.  The
chairman and secretary are hereby authorized to sign all documentation relating to
this matter.

documentation relating to this project and pay all incurred expenses that are
authorized by the funding agencies.
