The plans for the Health Department relocation re not finalized as of this
time. The amount of space needed is still under consideration.
A new pharmacy is locating beside the Catholic Church in Lebanon. The
owners are asking for a letter of support to VCEDA for a seed capital grant.
Upon motion made by Roger Sword, second by Richard Lockridge, and duly
approved by the Industrial Development Authority of Russell County, Virginia
authorizing the chairman to prepare a letter of support for Next Door Drug to
VCEDA for a seed capital grant.
The Vote was:

The chairman informed the IDA P & E Wholesale has asked for a letter of

authorizing the chairman to prepare a letter of support for P & E Wholesale to
VCEDA for a seed capital grant.

authorizing the chairman to take the necessary steps to convey the Gray Farm Road
(in the industrial park) and the access road for C-Health and VCEDA to the Town
of Lebanon Road System. The chairman is authorized to sign all document relating

this project.
