ATTORNEY’S REPORT
The attorney updated the IDA on the Courthouse Project. The County
Supervisors are to meet with SKANSKA this next week. The attorney informed the
board Dickenson County leased their courthouse to their IDA to complete the
project and the attorney’s office is researching this avenue for Russell County. The
attorney recommended the committee members from the IDA and BOS meet with
the Judges on the project.
