Phillip Powers asked the IDA to extend the terms of the land grant, for the
Industrial Park partial, due to a large amount of rock material to be moved.
Upon motion made by Richard Lockridge, second by Roger Sword, and duly
approved by the Industrial Development Authority of Russell County, Virginia to
extend the land grant contract with Phillip Powers for a period of one year.

approved by the Industrial Development Authority of Russell County, Virginia to
authorize the chairman to sign the agreement with C-6 Corp. as presented by the
Attorney.

The CPPD funds from the broadband operations have to be applied for by
the county. Therefore, the IDA must enter a MOU with the Russell County Board
of Supervisors to request funds for Project “Blue Jay”.

approved by the Industrial Development Authority of Russell County, Virginia to
enter into a MOU with the Russell County Board of Supervisors to apply for a
grant from the Cumberland Plateau Planning District Broadband Fund to be used
for Project “Blue Jay”.
