The Regular monthly meeting of the Industrial Development Authority of


Russell County, Virginia was held on  November 9, 2017, at 5:30 P.M. at Bonanza


Family Restaurant, Main Street, Lebanon, Virginia.

Upon motion made by Roger Sword, second by Richard Lockridge and duly


approved by the Industrial Development Authority of Russell County, Virginia to


approve the minutes of the October 12, 2017 meeting with the following

Virginia Tech has completed an agriculture study and recommends a meat


processing facility is needed for the region.


Steve VanDyke with IGo Wireless has requested a resolution for support of


the wireless project in the Drill/Big A section of Russell County.


Upon motion made by Tony Dodi, second by Roger Sword and duly


approved by the Industrial Development Authority of Russell County, Virginia to


adopt a resolution of support for the IGo Wireless project in the Drill/Big A section


of Russell County.

Upon motion made by Richard Lockridge, second by Tony Dodi and duly

authorize the chairman to sign the deed for the 5.5+/- acres conveyed to the IDA


from Steel Fab. The conveyance of property is in exchange for the remaining


obligations under the COF Grant for Steel Fab.
