NEWMARK GRUBB KNIGHT FRANK


Thomas Turner presented information on the Newmark Grubb Knight Frank
proposal to market the new shell building for the IDA. VCEDA has agreed to pay
the advertising cost in the proposal, if the IDA plans to proceed.


THROWER BLANTON & ASSOCIATES
Charles Lawson presented the IDA’s 2015 physical year audit report to the
board.


RUSSELL COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER FOUNDATION
Brad Cook presented the plans for the 7th annual RCMC Foundation fund
raising event. The event is planned for June 3, 2016 with proceeds being used to
enhance the child friendliness of the Emergency Department.


Upon motion made by Jay Boyd, second by Scott Gilmer, and duly approved
by the Industrial Development Authority of Russell County, Virginia to donate a
sum of $1,000.00 to the RCMC Foundation.
