APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
A motion to approve the agenda was made by Tim Lovelace, second by David Eaton and duly approved
by the board.
PUBLIC HEARING HELD ON THE FY 2022/2023  FINANCIAL BUDGET
Pursuant to being advertised for two (2) consecutive weeks, a public hearing was held on the FY
2022/2023 Financial Budget.  The Chair opened the public hearing to comments.

in general.
Kim Fife, RCPL board member, spoke on the minimum wage increase and current employee wages.
Josh Barrett, President of Honaker Lions Club, spoke requesting donations for the upcoming 4th of July
celebrations in Honaker.
Hearing no other comments, the public hearing was closed.
The Chair stated the budget workshop is on June 21st @ 6:00 pm in the board room. The meeting was
then adjourned.
