League’s president concerning the use of the fields.
Lynn Hess, Swords Creek commented that the agenda was not on the website until the afternoon, he
also wanted to know the (3) three-minute limit for citizens comment could be changed to (4) four
minutes.
Craig Boyd, Vansant stated that he also has had experienced problems with the Clinch River Little
League’s president.
The Chair closed citizens comment period.
County Attorney Requests and Reports
Katie Patton, County Attorney asked the board to consider approving the deed with Contura Energy
after making a minor change.
APPROVAL OF A LAND DEED OF GIFT – DANTE TRAIL PARKING FROM CONTURA ENERGY

approve a Land Deed of Gift – Dante Trail Parking from Contura Energy.
