A regular monthly meeting of the Russell County Board of Supervisors was held on Tuesday, September
07, 2021 at 6:00 pm at the Russell County Government Center in Lebanon, Virginia.
The Clerk called the meeting to order.

Nathan Kiser, Lebanon thanked the Board for making the appointments to the Advisory Committee but wanted to know when they could have the first meeting.
Lynn Hess, Swords Creek complained that the Russell County PSA had been late reading meters and would appreciate it if someone could look into this.
Michelle Vance, Castlewood commented that the Board was “still talking and not walking”.
