Pursuant to being advertised in a local newspaper for (2) two consecutive weeks, a public hearing was
held on the Givens School Lease.   The Chair opened the public hearing to comments.

PUBLIC HEARING HELD ON VDOT RTE. 637 DISCONTINUED BRIDGE
Pursuant to being advertised in a local newspaper for (2) two consecutive weeks, a public hearing was
held on the VDOT Rte. 637 discontinued bridge prescriptive easement right-of-way – 30-foot width and
0.02 – mile length.  The Chair opened the public hearing to comments, hearing none the public hearing

He thinks that it is inexcusable and ridiculous that no appointments have been made from four of the
Board members.
