The regular monthly meeting of the Russell County Board of Supervisors was held on Monday, July 01,

2019 at 6:00 pm. at the Russell County Government Center in Lebanon, Virginia. An Executive (Closed)

Session was held prior to the meeting at 5:00 pm.

The Clerk called the meeting to order.
