A regular monthly meeting of the Russell County Board of Supervisors was held on Monday, September
10, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Russell County Government Center in Lebanon, Virginia.  The Board
convened at 2:45 pm in order to attend a VACO/VML meeting at the Russell County Conference Center.

Sean Vance, 99 Willow Springs, Lebanon, stated that his road is not safe and a rescue squad cannot
access his property in the winter.  He feels like he is not getting anywhere with his road and is not
looking for anything he doesn’t deserve.
Oris Christian, Lebanon commented that he had been coming to the Board meetings for years and is
interested in county government.  He would like to be the new supervisor-at-large.

29, 2018 at 6:00 pm.
