Motion made by Carl Rhea, second Tim Lovelace and duly approved by the Board of Supervisors to enter into a contract with L &
L Construction Co., Inc. for the purchase of land at 1192 Cleveland Road, Lebanon, Virginia for the construction of a solid waste
site and potential animal shelter.
The vote was:
Aye:  Carl Rhea, Tim Lovelace, David Eaton, Steve Breeding, Lou Wallace
Nay:  None
Abstain:  Mark Mitchell
Other Board Matters:
The Board discussed the success of the Community Work Program and the possibility of hiring a part time employee.
