Russell County Government Center in Lebanon, Virginia.
The Clerk called the meeting to order.

SOLID WASTE PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD ON OCTOBER 03, 2016
Motion made by Tim Lovelace, second Mark Mitchell and duly approved by the Board of Supervisors to set a public hearing on
the Solid Waste Ordinance for the October 03, 2016 Board meeting.
The vote was:

SEVEN MEMBERS APPOINTED TO THE LIBRARY BOARD

Sharon Sargent, Sherry Lyttle, Ann Monk,  Susan Breeding and Karen Herndon to the Russell County Public Library Board for (3)
three year terms, said terms ending September 19, 2019.
