County Government Center in Lebanon, Virginia.
The Clerk called the meeting to order.

Invocation by Chairman Steve Breeding, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
Matters Presented by the Board
The Board discussed the Lebanon Middle School and The Cottage roof and the need for replacement.
Supervisor Lou Wallace joined the meeting at 7:35 pm.
APPROVAL TO ADVERTISE FOR A RFP FOR THE LEBANON MIDDLE SCHOLL AND THE COTTAGE ROOF
Motion made by David Eaton, second Mark Mitchell and duly approved by the Board of Supervisors to  authorize the County
Administrator to advertise for a request for proposals for replacement of the roof at the Lebanon Middle School and The
Cottage.
The vote was:
Aye:  David Eaton, Mark Mitchell, Lou Wallace, Carl Rhea, Steve Breeding, Rebecca Dye and Tim Lovelace
Nay:  None
APPROVAL TO ADVERTISE FOR A RFP FOR THE DESIGN OF THE RUSSELL COUNTY WEBSITE
Motion made by David Eaton, second Tim Lovelace and duly approved by the Board of Supervisors to authorize the County
Administrator to advertise for a request for proposal for the design of the Russell County website.
The vote was:

Derek Kitts, Candidate for Congress in the 9th District addressed the Board on legislative issues, concerns and gave possible
solutions to various problem and issues in the region.    Mr. Kitts answered questions and listened to comments from board
members.

Motion made by Mark Mitchell, second David Eaton and duly approved by the Board of Supervisors to adjourn.
